Over 1,000 ex-combatants have developed productive skills to move forward

The approach called Productive Environments for Ex-combatants – designed since 2013 by ARN – has benefited 1,474 individuals in the process of reintegration and reincorporation. In total, there are 42 Environments implemented in different regions of the country, thus allowing ex-combatants to develop technical, leadership and teamwork skills to build their life projects in a legal fashion. Some of the training covers the following lines of business: Animal husbandry, fish farming, livestock, agriculture, fruit crops, industry and services, hospitality and tourism, machinery and humanitarian demining.  

Government delivers kits to ex-combatants in Territorial Spaces

Over 6,000 personal prevention and cleaning kits were delivered at the 24 former AETCRs, to prevent the spread of the Covid-19. This activity relied on the accompaniment of managers of the Former Territorial Training and Reincorporation Spaces (AETCR) and ex-combatant leaders of Farc-Ep.

52 collective projects for
ex-combatants throughout
the country, to date

The three new collective livestock and clothing projects will be developed in Arauca, Tolima and Norte de Santander,. These projects have been approved by the National Reincorporation Council (CNR). To date 1,307 productive projects have been approved, of which 52 are collective and 1,255 are individual in nature, thus benefiting 4,021 ex-combatants.
