Who we are?

The Agency for Reincorporation and Normalization (ARN) is the agency of the Presidency of the Republic that supports and provides permanent advice – since 2003 – to those who bet on peace and transition to legality, generating opportunities that strengthen their capacities to function fully as citizens. ARN team guides the ex-combatant population to achieve their life goals and strengthen ties with their families and the community.

The National Government – through the Agency for Reincorporation and Normalization (ARN) – has been making progress in the implementation of the policy of reincorporation and normalization of the ex-combatant population of FARC-EP. In this regard, one of the most relevant aspects of this process is access to housing.

Government acquires 22 hectares of land for ex-combatants in Icononzo, Tolima 

We concluded the purchase of 22 hectares of land at former ETCR La Fila in Icononzo, Tolima. The National Government invests about 500 million pesos ($ 491'552,300), and benefits 374 people, of which 221 are ex-combatants and 153 are family members
