"President Iván Duque's policy of Peace with Legality reinforces the national Government's commitment to the reincorporation process throughout the country. We are present in the Caribbean region, in these seven departments, 1,225 ex-combatants are making their transition to civilian life and we have contributed more than 4,799 million pesos in the implementation of 321 productive projects that link 600 people in reincorporation. In addition, we highlight that, in Sucre, 90.9% of the ex-combatants are making progress in consolidating their economic sustainability",
said, Andrés Stapper , Director General of ARN.
The Government introduces housing strategy for the reincorporation
106 ex-combatants were awarded high school degrees with 'Maestro Itinerante'('Itinerant Teacher')
The definitive housing projects to be built in the former ETCR will be agreed upon with the people in the process of reincorporation who reside there, and will be adapted to the particular conditions of each territory.

Access and continuity of ex-combatants in the Colombian educational system in areas of difficult access is guaranteed by the National Government through the implementation of flexible educational models such as the UNAD's "Itinerant Teacher" strategy".
