  Open call for construction of housing in former ETCR in Cauca

Through the program 'Crecer es posible' (Growing is Possible) led by the ARN, the Chamber of Commerce of Barranquilla and the SENA (National Learning Service) regional office of Atlántico, technical advice has been provided to people who are in the process of transitioning to legality. The Government has contributed nearly $300 million for productive projects of 37 people in the process of reincorporation in this department.

17,661 billion will be invested in this project in the former ETCR Los Monos in the department of Cauca, which includes the construction of housing and complementary water, sewage and urban development works for the benefit of 216 ex-combatants and their families. The initiative is led by the Ministry of Housing, City and Territory, together with the Agency for Reincorporation and Normalization, ARN. Bids shall be submitted until September 13.
