Project with the Netherlands Begins 
The "PREVER - Resilience and Prevention of Stigmatization of Communities and Populations in the Process of Reincorporation Project", will be executed in three municipalities with ETCRs where 416 former Farc-Ep combatants live. Read more  
The colombian Agency for Reincorporation and Normalization –ARN and the National Learning Service –SENA signed an agreement to facilitate access, continuity, promotion and educational support to former Farc-Ep combatants as their socioeconomic stabilization progresses.

This allows former Farc-Ep combatants to be part of one of the five educational components: training for work, employability, strengthening of productive units, job skills evaluation certification, and institutional strengthening.

The courses will be 40 hours long (30 face-to-face hours and 10 virtual.) They are aimed to strengthen job skills and to support the 200-hours certified training requirement for former combatants who want to process their productive projects. Throughout 2018, the agreement provided 11,595 spots in training programs offered to 4,692 former combatants through 1,822 courses. Read more
'Café Manu' Starts
The Café Marú ‘Aroma of Reconciliation' brand was officially launched in La Guajira (Mesetas, Meta) ETCR. It is a project by 10 former Farc-Ep combatants with the support of the German Embassy and Social Pastoral Services. Read more 
The 'Traveling Teacher' educational process starts. It is an educational strategy that seeks to provide coverage to people living in distant villages. 16 former combatants in this ETCR will take part in this initiative with a monthly meeting. It will end in December.
A program offered by Universidad del Rosario, El Tiempo Casa Editorial and the Konrad Adenauer German Foundation that aims to train 1,000 women was launched. They will learn about tourism in La Guajira department.
