Programmatic Director​

Political scientist from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana. Holds a master's degree in discourse analysis and ideologies from the University of Essex in England. Doctorate candidate in development studies at the HEGOA Institute of the University of the Basque Country in Spain.

Expert in managing territorial peace-building processes and facilitating intercultural and intersectoral social dialogues. Solid experience in developing effective strategies for conflict transformation, social inclusion, and sustainable territorial development. She has been a professor at the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in Cali. She worked at the Commission for the Clarification of Truth and Non-Repetition and in the German Development Cooperation - PROPAZ.

Since February 1st, she has served as Programmatic Director of the Agency for Reincorporation and Normalization.
