​He is a lawyer, specialized in administrative law and a candidate for a master's degree in administrative law. He has worked at Hidroeléctrica Ituango S.A., at the Mayor's Office of Medellín, at the Ministry of Health and Social Protection, and at the Special Administrative Unit National Narcotics Fund. Since March 1, he has been working as an Advisor to the Contract Management Group.
